Policies 

Price includes daily breakfast, transfers, transportation, hotel rooms, local taxes, some meals and four tours. 7 days – 6 nights- From $1595.00 US per person. Payment plans can be arranged on an individual basis. All accommodations based on double occupancy. A single rooms supplement can be arranged.Solo travelers can be paired with other solo travelers. Please inquire regarding availability and prices. All transportation is provided by an professional approved Destination Management Company (DMC) registered with the government of Puerto Rico.

Travel Fee does not include:

· Air travel or meals except where listed.

· Travel/Cancellation insurance, which is strongly recommended in case we encounter issues beyond our control and have to cancel the trip.

 

Please check with your credit card company as many are including insurance if you pay with your credit card. We can also recommend other insurance companies. Credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee.

A deposit of $400.00 US i required to hold your space. A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged if cancelled 60 days before departure; if cancelled between 60 and 45 days before departure a $400 cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Cancellations after 45 days before departure will incur a $500 charge only if the tour seat can be filled, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged. There will be no refund for cancellations for any reason on or after 30 day before departure. If the tour does not fill up you will receive a full refund less a $50.00 service fee. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks.
